Visited the clinic to get a mole checked and a consult on potentially getting a couple moles removed. Both Sundus and Dr Ibrahim was very welcoming, kind, professional and respectful. Dr Ibrahim was patient and listened intently to my needs and was very informative and knowledgable. I would visit again. The clinic is spotless and there is lots of parking available nearby which is free.

It was my first time ever experiencing reflexology or a massage of any kind before. I was extremely nervous to do this but Helen was absolutely fantastic. I instantly felt at ease and ive left feeling like I have a new lease of life! I couldn't recommend Helen more, I instantly booked to visit again and im sure I will keep coming back. A 10/10 atmosphere and experience, ive never felt calm like it!

My experience at Dermacore in Telford has been amazing from day one. The consultation process was great and simple. The treatment day was pleasant, with good communication about each step. The follow-up care advice was explained clearly. The shop itself is very modern, up-to-date, and very clean. Rabia, my consultant, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and took a keen interest in understanding my needs and skin issues. Overall, the staff are friendly, respectful, and provided a great experience. Highly recommend.

The therapist made my experience a comfortable one because the treatment was fully explained. She also told me what she would be doing during the treatment and any discomfort I might feel, the importance of my aftercare and healing process. I would definitely recommend Dermacore to others.

Fantastic experience from start to end! Helen was very knowledgeable ands gave great, honest advice. I had cranial/facial reflexology but had never had reflexology before so didn’t know what to expect. I absolutely loved it 🥰 The setting was serene and relaxing, the treatment was slow yet therapeutic and it felt so good! After doing quite a bit of research with local clients around the Manchester area I found Dermacore the place I could trust also price wise they were the best, after sending a few emails and speaking on the phone I decided to make the appointment I drove nearly 2 hours to have my treatment it was well worth the journey the staff my me feel at ease they were very friendly I would definitely recommend them.

I can’t recommend Helen enough, she is amazing at what she does, I felt so calm and relaxed.
