I had a great experience. The massage was very relaxing and exactly what I needed. The therapist was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling refreshed and much less tense. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

First time for me to have this kind of massage , really I feel the pain but it’s not actually pain so good after the therapy and I can moved freely my left legs now no numbness or tightness on my legs feel so good after my session I can recommend it and sure I will need more bookings to make. I can say that your a brilliant and professional sports therapist keep going and aim high .

As always Chevonne understands my eating weaknesses and tailors the session to suit

Chevonne is so good at picking up on what needs worked on. Her hynotherapy session is relaxed, easy to follow and life changing. Her support is fantastic and results just amazing. I would highly recommend Highland Hypnotherapy.

I was well impressed and delighted with the depth of knowledge and professionalism that Zeke has shown during my session. I appreciated that he explained everything he did and why, he also gave me helpful tips to help me avoid bad habits. Truly one of the best massage sessions I’ve had in years. Zeke has managed to get rid of the pain and tightness I had in my body in just one session. Was very knowledgeable and professional throughout. I would 100% recommend a session from Zeke to anyone, even if you don’t think you need it.

Chevonne is so patient, understanding, sympathetic, and yet very positive and pro-active. Makes you feel welcome from the first moment you come in, and very early on you feel at ease. The conversation before the hypnotherapy is incredibly useful and powerful. Cannot recommend enough.
