She was brilliant and went through a lot of checks and questions with me, always taking time to listen, before giving me a rehab plan designed to help fix my issue! This was my 2nd visit . Phoebe did a deep tissue massage and dry needling on my problematic shoulders. I had a marked improvement after my first visit and am looking forward to more . Visited Phoebe this morning for a massage as Im so sore with ongoing sciatica. She's so knowledgeable with injuries and suggested different ways I can improve my symptoms. Will definitely be revisiting to try other things she does such as needling and cupping!!!!

2nd visit with Pheobe today (forgot to review after 1st). Very knowledgeable, also very laid back. Diagnosis of achilles strain on 1st visit, rehabilitation program put in place along with some treatment and compression boot therapy. A couple of months on and I am back running with no pain. Been to see her again today for a massage and more compression boot therapy (give it try if you're suffering with tight leg muscles!) Ahead of a run on Sunday. Highly recommend this young lady, I will definitely be continuing to use her.

Had treatment with Phoebe today for my shoulder after dislocating it on Boxing Day, and the before and after difference was night and day! As a sports massage therapist, PT, DJ, and training in bodybuilding, having shoulder stability and strength is extremely important for both work and training. Phoebe was very thorough with her assessment, checking my mobility, strength, stability, and movement before treatment. Had sports massage, suction cups, and dry needling, and by far the best treatment I’ve had!! Very welcoming, professional, and a really clean environment. Highly recommend!! 🤩

I’ve lost count of the times I’ve seen Phoebe now… I originally came to her following an injury and had rehab exercises - now, I pop by monthly for cupping to accompany my training and have so far stayed injury-free too! She’s easy to get along with and keeps you well informed too which is a bonus! Highly recommend!

Really impressed with PJ Sports Rehab, Friendly and great knowledge. Fixed my lower back in one session and even sent me some stretches to help my least flexible muscle groups. Definitely coming back.

Phoebe was so thorough. My knee has given me pain and restricted movement for over a year now on and off, I've been on painkillers 24/7 had a quarterzone injection and nothing has been working, just slowly getting worse. Phoebe put compression boots on me and it's been like a miracle! Still got along way to go but the pain has reduced by 50% and movement has been better. Fingers crossed it keeps improving.

Phoebe, couldn't be anymore helpful and professional! She gave me so much of her time with lots of good advice to deal with my old injuries. This is something I haven't received with other massages. Starting with an indepth introduction to my problem, she then knew what treatment she was going to apply, leaving me very satisfied once finished. I left the shop so relaxed and a lot less tension in my back. I will be back for another to keep up maintenence. Thank you!
