Absolutely fantastic! Lovely friendly staff. Incredibly clean salon. I showed the nail tech an inspiration photo and she executed exactly. The time and precision she took to make sure my nails were in good condition as well as matching the photo was incredible. When I’m back in Tulum, I’ll definitely be back here. Also lovely to have a coffee during the appointment too. Highly recommend!

Tuve una experiencia maravillosa hoy en Casa Venus en Tulum. Fui para un tratamiento de cabello con Jacqueline, quien me hizo un corte y me retocó las raíces, y quedé muy feliz con los resultados. Jacqueline es una profesional muy habilidosa, cariñosa y tranquila, además de ser una gran conversadora. Me sentí muy bien cuidada todo el tiempo. El espacio en Casa Venus es muy hermoso y lleno de paz. Está decorado con muchísimo gusto, y se siente un ambiente muy especial desde el momento en que entras. Todo el equipo fue muy amable y atento, y eso hizo que toda la experiencia fuera perfecta.

I am thrilled. I have had a really hard time finding someone who can do acrylic nails (fills) with gel polish in Tulum. Itayetzi did an amazing job! She is very careful and detail oriented. The shop is also extremely nice and organized. As a nice touch, they also offer you a beverage of your choice. I was surprised at how good the cappuccino was 😍 I have been doing acrylics since 1987, and when I travel, it can be a bit challenging. I live in Tulum part of the year, and from now on, this will be my go to salon for my nails and pedicures. Prices are also very fair.

I dyed my hair for the first time outside my home country and I’m truly impressed. Kiki is a magician, this is the first time I actually love my color. My hair is long and damaged, but she preserved the length and created a perfect shade, close to my natural one, just slightly darker. I loved it immediately, no waiting for it to fade. Kiki is attentive, kind, and professional. I’ll definitely come back. She’s one of the best hairdressers I’ve ever had.

I’m really happy with how my hair turned out. She did long face-framing layers that gave my hair so much more movement without taking off too much length. The color also came out exactly how I wanted — she covered my old highlights beautifully without going too dark, which I was nervous about. Everything looks really natural, soft, and blended. She really listened to what I wanted and got it right.
