Have been a client of Monarch for a few years now Chloe is the best so professional I trust her and she knows my hair for a cut colour and keratin smoothing treatmentI used to go to her in the salon in portsmouth where she previously worked I travel to petersfield to see her . Lovely experience as always! Literally the only hairdresser I feel comfortable seeing. Chloe is so welcoming as friendly and chatting comes naturally rather than awkward forced small talk. Feel so much more like me now I have a fresh cut!

Oh my god. I have just got home from having my hair done with Chloe… i am OBSESSED!
