Nice massage. Just a couple of things. On the start it would have been nice to ask what sort of pressure I like. Also I am pretty sure on booking it said 60min massage but was done within 45min. Room it self was nice but the floor could do with a mop.

Had my brows laminated for the first time today with Alexander. I could not be happier with them, her attention to detail is amazing. Absolutely brilliant and honest with advice on other treatments too. Always loved this salon as Summer has done my hair for years, but since Alexander has had it she's took it to another level! I love it even more! and the girls 👌Highly recommended 👍❤️

Fantastic experience at Rapunzel's, Vicky and Kieran were both warm, welcoming and friendly which was lovely, especially as I'm a first-time customer. The salon being both LGBT+ and Neurodivergent friendly made me feel at ease and like I could be myself without fear or judgement. The haircut also turned out amazing! I'm very happy and will definitely be back in the future, thank you! ❤️

I cannot thank Vicky enough. I turned up for the appointment at the wrong day without realising, but she kindly accomodated me at a later slot the same day instead of asking me to come when I had made the original booking. She was attentive to what I asked and catered to my needs perfectly. She was professional as well as friendly and easy to approach making my experience amazing. I will surely visit Rapunzels again in future.
