This was my first visit to this salon and I took my 7 year old daughter for her first professional haircut, and Maddy was excellent, she asked questions to understand exactly what we wanted and offered advice on what would be good for my daughter's hair type, the result was brilliant and I have a very happy 7 year old, will definitely return.

This place is a hidden gem of a hair salon in Crawley! Such a warm, welcoming, and kind environment. It was my first visit and I absolutely loved everything about it. The atmosphere was so positive, and so were the staff. I was given a great haircut by Nora and really enjoyed the experience, especially with a lovely cup of coffee. Will definitely visit again — thank you!

I been coming to vian since 2011 ; she had done my teenage children hair then, and my daughter still comes to vian know; throughout the last many years I always felt comfortable and welcome here , vian is the only hairdresser I have used since. She is friendly kind and caring. I will always suggest via to my friends and family! The kindest lady in Crawley is Vian.

You tell her what you’re after, and she totally delivers, it’s like she gets exactly what you need. I feel lucky to have her as my go‑to hairdresser, and I’ll definitely be sticking with her.

Having moved into the area and always been apprehensive of getting my haircut especially somewhere new, since I went to Laura she has always made me feel relaxed and calm everytime I’ve had my hair cut by her. She’s such an understanding and friendly person, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to get my hair cut.

Sharmin gave me a k18 treatment today and also a haircut, she was very professional made me feel at ease when i told her i don’t want to lose any length since i knew my hair was damaged already, i feel refreshed and very happy with the amount of hair cut and the feel of my new hair .
