Came in for an appointment on Saturday for my daughter’s hair extensions and had a fantastic experience. The communication beforehand was excellent—Gemma was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The service was professional from start to finish, and we’re absolutely delighted with the results. My daughter loves her new hair!
