Amazing professional service from Caroline today. So pleased with my colour and cut today my hair was being stubborn but we got there and got the colour I wanted. and love the new salon and it's so handy as I live in bulwark to thanks again you all worked so hard today definitely be booking again soon when I am due.

I haven't had a chance to pamper for a while, today I totally did. Such a warm welcome, a relaxing massage and hair wash followed by a perfect haircut with a stylist that properly listened too me. I needed a confidence boost and I definitely got it here. Thank you so much x

Ashleigh did an absolutely amazing job today for my son's first ever haircut. She was so patient with him and quick but super accurate and precise with the cut. She even gave him a sticker for being so good. Most definitely recommend The Hair Lounge. Both girls were so friendly and welcoming too. Cannot thank them enough for what they did for us today. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you girls so much x

I’d been hesitant to leave my old hairdresser even though I was never completely happy after four years but after a friend had amazing results at the Bulwark salon, I decided to give it a go. I’m so glad I did! Sam was fantastic. She really listened to what I wanted and took my concerns seriously, and the results were exactly what I’d hoped for. Best hair salon in Chepstow. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Hair stylists always listens to what your personal preferences are and provide honest, expert advice. I've never felt disappointed after having my hair done. It's always a pleasure to return.
