Well I have to say it in all honesty was the best haircut my son has ever had ! He has longish thick hair and having been to most of Cheltenham’s salons , I managed to get an appointment with James by chance , he was amazing with my 7 year old and for the first time in a long time, both jack and I love it ! Izzy is always so lovely when she cuts my girls hair and it is so reasonable to get it done there early in the week compared to anywhere else in cheltenham. She also curled my daughters hair FOC whereas other salons would charge for this.

Sam is so lovely and approached my hair in a way I haven't ever experienced with a hairdresser before! She is so knowledgeable and you can really see how much she cares about her work and craft. She spent so long with me showing how I can bring out my natural waves and curls and I have left with so many tools I can use. The haircut itself was so thought out and she thinks of every single element, she is brilliant! Thank you so much!

Sam is one of those hairdressers you wouldn't want to tell everyone about for fear of not being able to get an appointment with her! Over the time I've been going to her I've had hair cut, foil highlights, children's haircut for my daughter, lash lift & tint & eyebrow lamination & now bridal hair. The salon is nice & she is not only a brilliant hairdresser but also a lovely person. I always leave feeling great!

Had an absolute top-tier experience with Sasika. As someone who can get quite anxious in social settings, she made me feel completely relaxed from the moment I walked in—she has a fantastic, welcoming vibe and a genuinely safe aura. She took the time to properly listen to what I wanted and gave me a brilliant, custom textured cut with a sharp fade. Her attention to detail is unmatched, the styling advice she gave me was incredibly helpful,. Even now, a few days later, the cut still looks fantastic and holds its shape perfectly. Will definitely be making her my regular stylist.

First visit to Hiley Hair Club and it surpassed my expectations-thank you! Really lovely atmosphere, LOVE the fact you can book a silent haircut and Bradley was fab; really made me feel at ease and comfortable with none of the pushy 'must get it cut every 6 weeks' lines (in fact, all the stylists I overheard were the same). Definitely recommend

the lounge is a lovely friendly hairdressers in warden hill cheltenham,my niece vikki does my hair always looks lovely i leave it to her choice and whatever vikki decides to do i always looks nice,the other hairdressers there are good to ive seen some nice styles and colours on the people while im sat there having mine done

Overall, a great visit! The hair salon is nice, spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. My hairdresser was knowledgeable and I was pleased with the cut/blow dry. This an affordable salon too so I will definitely be returning!

Ali is amazing and works hair miracles. 6 years of black box dye gone in 5 hours. The best investment to me I could have made and im so glad Ali worked her magic. I will be returning for a freshen up and so glad to have found a hairdresser I can trust!
