I really loved the treatment and felt comfortable. Emi was great in explaining me the 360 Deg cryo benefits and what are the after care to drink lot of water, exercise and massage for the lymphatic drainage after the cryolypolsis treatment.

Emy was so knowledgeable and professional through my treatments. I came away feeling so relaxed and pampered. Thank you. Sadly the previous client had caused a scene as she was told a treatment was not suitable for her but Emy dealt with her professionally but firmly given that the treatment was unsuitable for her medical condition and she had also been refused by other salons so was just trying her luck. I am very happy with the quality of service at Shape Zone London for waxing. It is my 3rd time using this salon for multi areas waxing and on all occasions, it was well done and fast. The practitioner is also very friendly. It is one of the best place I found for waxing, I highly recommend it.

I had an amazing experience at Shape Zone London! The customer service from all the staff was outstanding, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend trying the Lycon hot wax, as it provides a much less painful experience compared to strip waxing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for waxing!
