Anna provided such lovely service,and my pedicure was my favourite.😊 Your spa has a very peaceful and calming atmosphere,which made the entire experience feel like a true moment of self-care and relaxation.I will definitely be coming back. If I could offer one small suggestion,it would be to perhaps include a few cookies or biscuits alongside the warm beverages. For those of us who enjoy a warm drink,it would add an extra special touch to an already beautiful experience.☕🍪 Thank you again for making me feel so welcome and cared for.💗

I'm giving the stars to T-Kay, cause he did a really nice job on my pedicure, my manicure and my mom's pedicure. But the starts should not go to the place or his colleagues. We had made called 2 days in advance for two people at the same time. They booked me in with T-Kay at 10am and mom at 10am with Desiree. I received a confirmation email for both. The morning of Desiree never showed, T-Kay helped both of us but since it took longer than we planned we had to cancel half of my mom's appointment. T-Kay was amazing, but we were very disappointed in the rest of it..

Came in for my monthly wax and dermaplaning facial with Mrs. H, and as always, I loved it! She even treated me to the most beautiful, soothing foot massage. I honestly don't know why you haven't booked yet—you’re missing out! I can't go a month without coming in. ✨

Well I got my nails 💅 done... I normally book here. But haven't been here since new ownership. The lady on the left which is new to me recommended the powder on my weak nails for stronger quality. Let's see if it works and she actually called a lady and sold me that orange nail care product. So let's see. But I general I am happy. And she took me from just soak off to convinced me doing my nails neatly. So I am very happy

It was my first time at the spa..I was greeted by friendly staff. I got the full body massage(it was so good and relaxing) I wish I could go for a longer session. Keep up with the excellent services. I would definetly come back again.

My experience with Josephine is always good, however this Friday of the 15th of May, I was rushed to get out of the treatment room, I got to the spa a little before 15:00 I believe. My treatment was done by 16:00 though I only got started after 15:15. This is not the experience that I have had and hope this was just a busy day. Thanks.

Thank you Jenny did a good blow dry but the ladies washing hair need a bit of training and the salon is in urgent need of a renovation. There is not even place for the hairdryer and it is just left on the floor

I had the Luxury Food Therapy Ritual at MERAKI Spa and it was absolutely amazing. Albertine did such a beautiful job, professional, calming, and truly luxurious from start to finish. Thank you for such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Highly recommend 🤍
