I had the pleasure of a facial with Sehar at WILD BEAUTY, and it was one of the most nurturing treatments I’ve ever had. As someone usually nervous about facials, I felt completely safe and cared for. The products were gentle and smelt divine, and Sehar took her time to ensure I was comfortable throughout. The neck massage was a dream! I left feeling relaxed, held, and deeply nourished. More than a facial — it was a beautiful experience of care. I’ll definitely be back!

Vraiment superbe ! Soin du visage avec Esme, super accueil, recommendations personnalisées, produits de qualité, et guasha/led incorporé au massage. J'ai adoré les massages du dos et des pieds durant la pose des masques. Le cadre est super cosy. Le meilleur soin du visage que j'ai fait jusqu'à présent en terme de qualité/ efficacité/ accueil. I had a back facial with Laura and it was fantastic. I have a few black spots on my back that are impossible to reach so I came to re:lax to start getting my back summer ready. Laura was lovely, she made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing back, head and neck massage. The atmosphere of the salon is soothing and peaceful and it is located in a very cool spot in Hackney. I would definitively go back also for other treatments and I would recommend everyone to go too! Thank you!

One of the best facials I’ve ever had! Lizzie was so skilled at the massage element which made the facial really unique and deeply relaxing. She also had a very calming, friendly energy that put me immediately at ease. Loved it thank you so much Lizzie!

My facial and lash lift with Inga were amazing. She really listened to my skin concerns and explained what products she was using. When it came to the las lift again she asked my preferences and really took a lot of time on them. The facial was so relaxing and enjoyable. I can't wait to come back

I've been a regular for about 3 years now - it feels like my 2nd home now! My absolute favourite aesthetician is Danute - she's always done an excellent job with my facials. Yadilene also did my facial and pedicure recently and I also fell in love with her! I left feeling the most relaxed I've felt in months! I also really appreciate Yadilene educating me a bit about what I need for my skin. They're all such a lovely bunch, even the receptionist Maricela! Highly recommend Danute & Yadilene at the spa! <3

Amazing experience with Yoko for my first ever facial! She explained everything and all the products beforehand, made sure I was comfortable, and gave me such a luxurious pampers! I felt sooo relaxed throughout, I even fell asleep at one point, and my skin is absolutely glowing after! 10/10 experience, I'll definitely be back for abother soon! Thank you!

I had the most amazing facial experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming and luxurious. My esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive to my skin’s needs. The products used smelled incredible and felt so nourishing. My skin was visibly glowing and so soft afterward. Zainab is definitely one of the best in the game, had few different facials from her so far and each time I left looking glowing. I’ll absolutely be back again and again Inshaa Allah.

She really understands skin, takes the time to tailor the treatment to what you need, and always makes you feel comfortable and well looked after. My skin felt refreshed, clean, and glowing afterwards, and the results last. I genuinely come back to Shoreditch Spa because of her — reliable, professional, and always a great experience. Highly recommend.

Big facials are in a league of their own! This was my first facial with Cleo and she was absolutely brilliant, using a range of different techniques, tools and products and explaining them all to me afterwards. The treatment room and ambiance in Big is so gorgeous and really adds to the experience. I cannot recommend Cleo and Big facials enough!
