I got a Japanese head spa and gel x nails done by Esme. She was very kind and professional and made me feel completely at ease right away. Highly recommend the head spa! Makes you feel so relaxed :)

Yet again, another lovely appointment with Kaitlyn. I’m excited to show off my nails tomorrow. The attention she took to produce nails I’ve dreamt of was amazing. They are beautiful! Had the best experience for cheek filler. Jessica is so welcoming and friendly and really listened to the look I was going for. Everything was explained fully. Will definitely be back for more treatments. The aftercare is excellent as well and I feel comfortable asking any questions I have without being made to feel a nuisance.

Alice did an amazing job on my eyebrows and lashes! I’ve never tried the Korean style but I’m never going back to a standard lvl. She’s so lovely and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. My brows and my lashes look incredible — exactly how I wanted them. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and pays attention to every little detail. Thank you, Alice — I’m so happy with the results and can’t wait to come back! 💕

Alice transformed my eyebrows from literally nothing to full and voluminous, I could have honestly cried. As someone who's always struggled with little to no eyebrows, the brow lamination is so effective and I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much!!

I have been going to Alice for my eyebrows for just over a year now. I'd never had anything done to my brows before, spent my teens and twenties just plucking them and filling with liner. They were always thin and I'm also fair haired so always hated looking like half my brows were missing. After my first appointment I couldn't stop staring at them! I go to Alice every 4 weeks for lamination/maintenance and I don't think I'll ever stop. They have now filled out, are lovely and thick and the tint shade is perfect. I'm not huge on beauty but will always spend my money on Alice's talent! Magic x

Jessica is the best !! Visited her last weekend for one, my first time at Lash & Glow but also my first time having lip filler. I was super nervous as I only wanted an enhancement, nothing too big of a change and Jessica achieved just that!! She was so kind and attentive whilst calming my nerves. The process was so smooth and thorough, Jessica explain everything she was doing and the best part, she was my cheerleader the whole appointment!! Making me feel confident and complimenting me the whole time!! She really is wonderful and checked up on my healing throughout the week. 5* from me xx
