Natalie provided cupping treatment on my back, something which I'd never had before. The process was clearly explained and the results, all I can say is wow. The difference afterwards was amazing. After suffering with a non-stop headache for months I decided to take a chance and got a massage/acupuncture course from Liam over at Peak Performance. It turned out to be by far the most effective pain relief I've had since it's started. I will definitely be booking another session sometime in the near future. Thanks again.

It was my first time visiting for acupuncture. Amy was super knowledgeable, professional and reassuring which put me at ease immediately. Everything was fully explained in regard to the treatment, the why and the benefits (so different to my previous experience with acupuncture). The space was clean, calm and welcoming which made it easy to relax. Amy couldn’t have done more to make sure that I was comfortable. I felt amazing afterwards; the effects of the treatment were immediate. So pleased with my first experience and will definitely be returning for another treatment. Thank you :)

Cant speak highly enough of the service and conversations with Liam both about the knowledge of the affected area for the massage and acupuncture and then the personal conversations in between talking about what is being done to improve the effected area.
