I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. After just one session with her, I felt immediate relief. Trang truly worked wonders on me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and treat my problem areas with ease. Her technique was both effective and tailored to exactly what my body needed. I left feeling looser, lighter, and able to move much more freely. I can’t recommend Trang enough!

I honestly had the best massage of my life with David. I arrived with super tight muscles and some lower back pain, but David listened to everything I said and paid really close attention to what I needed. He also made sure to check in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was right (it was always perfect!), which I really appreciated. I left feeling like my body had been put back together again. I can’t recommend David enough!

My treatment with Holly was amazing - such a genuinely holistic approach to skin, looking at everything from diet and sleep to stress. I am very grateful to have known cassie for several years. Cassie is compassionate, kind, and highly skilled. I am a bit loss for words really because I sound like I am exaggerating, but she is very special. When I get an accupuncture facial with Cassie I am getting treated holistically--not just my face, but my whole being. I have a long entrenched sleeping disorder, and I even sleep better after a treatment. For those afraid of needles Cassie is remarkably gentle. l whole heartedly recommend a visit to Cassie. I doubt it will be your last.

A beautiful experience from start to finish! The apothecary itself is so peaceful, and Cassie takes so much care in creating such a safe container to just 'be'. The treatment itself - acupuncture, reiki, facial massage - was exactly what I needed; on an energetic level, I floated out feeling reset and on an aesthetic level, I instantly saw (what I thought were) deep set lines had faded and my skin was lifted and glowing.
