I took my daughters and a friend for a pampering sessions, they had manicures and I had the facial and deluxe pedicure. Excellent service by the manager and the nail technicians made my daughters feel special. They were very happy with their nails, and my facial was amazing. The lymph sculp massage was amazing. I came out feeling much lighter and brighter and my jeans that I normally have to wiggle to get on just glided over my thighs and hips! Sarah is such a thoughtful therapist, she doesn’t just follow the routine of the treatment, she adjusts according to what your body needs. I’ll definitely be returning!

I went into my appointment with a slight dea of what I wanted, but Soundas completely changed my perspective. She made me realize that sometimes less is truly more, and I left feeling like an enhanced version of myself – still me, but better! I was a bit nervous about the non-invasive treatments because I have a slight fear of needles, but Soundas was incredibly gentle and reassuring throughout the entire process. The pain was barely noticeable, maybe a 2 out of 10 at most. I'm so happy with the natural-looking results and highly recommend her. Plinest eye, cheek chin and lips filler.

Angelica's lymphatic drainage is vastly superior to your average salon experience, and it actually works - makes your body looks more sculpted and revitalised. And my skin was glowing afterwards! Sarah is great. Personally, I like a firm, hard massage, and Sarah's fingers are strong! She is so knowledgeable about natural therapies and the impact of particular massage on your biology. I love going to her for reflexology and deep tissue body massage. Her space is peaceful, clean and professional. She's brilliant!
