Always good experience. Missed few sessions b’cos of holidays so couldn’t wait to start again. Back in the swing now. Feel so good at end of session. I wish everyone would give it a try especially if you have achy backs/legs/shoulders etc. make appointment with Alastair for his advice. I’m 89 yr old woman. Been doing Toning twice a week for over 15yrs & feel the benefits.
