This is probably my fifth or sixth time getting K tips with Aaliyah and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. My appointments are usually a little more complex because of how thick and poofy my natural hair is, and I always go blonde as well, but she gets it perfect every time. I genuinely don’t feel like myself without my K tips now 😂❤️. They’re so versatile and have completely become my signature look. Aaliyah is amazing at what she does and always makes the whole experience feel so comfortable. She’s incredibly talented, kind, and friendly, and I couldn’t recommend her more.

I booked Olivia for a hair wash and blow dry and the experience was 10/10. She strangled with care, explained every step of what she was doing. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable on 4C hair. If you are a natural hair girlie, I highly recommend her services.

Been going to Jacqui for years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair colour. She somehow gets my blonde perfect every single time that it looks natural, feels healthy and never over-processed. Jacqui is a true expert but above all is just the loveliest conversationalist, the warmth, smiles and heart to heart talk is the cherry on the cake for me 🥰

Abbie is incredibly knowledgable and talented and is an absolute delight. She is a master with red and ginger hair, refreshing colour in a completely natural way. Can’t speak highly enough of her!

I had a wonderful experience at ZB, with Mbali, LaPatrona. Really relaxing ambience, and a great shampoo, treatment, haircut and flat iron press (shorter afro hair). The service was really great. Would definitely recommend. Central location and easy to get to by the tube. Thank you Zulu Bonita.

My previous stylist left and I was worried about going through the process of a stylist getting to know my likes and dislikes again. But Leisha put my anxiety at ease. She overran with client before my appointment but she made up for it with the end result. She dyed my hair superbly. And it is first time in my locking life that a locktician has advised me of how my new growth at the hairline should be maintained. She did what she called a ‘flat twist’ with my new growth instead of putting pressure on pulling it to meet the loc. Bravo..! Totally respect the knowledge and care. Thank you

I had my haircut with Jàriz and couldn’t be happier! I went in thinking I’d just get a small trim, but after chatting with him and trusting his advice, I ended up with a shorter cut that works so much better for my curls. He really brought my natural texture back to life! Jàriz gave me great tips on how to look after my curls and style them. I left the salon feeling confident and absolutely loving my hair again. Highly recommend him if you want someone who truly understands curly hair!

As someone who hasn’t ever been able to trust a hair salon with my 4c hair, I can gladly say I was incredibly well taken care of at Chop Chop! Stella handled my care with so much care, I was consulted at every step and my afro has been trimmed to perfection. I also left with a wealth of knowledge about the best ways to look after my hair going forward. I am so grateful for the service I received today and will be back soon! Welcoming environment by many curly boys and girls. Grace, completely understood all the dilemmas of my mixed race hair. She was careful not to cut off too much but at the same time took my lank frizz and gave me a head of lively vibrant natural curls. Thanks Grace. this is now my go to hairdresser. Great find!!!

Loving my new stylist’s work on my hair. Jennifer is clearly passionate about hair and has a wealth of knowledge and advice for working with natural Afro hair. She’s definitely a keeper👌 The one thing that let the experience down is the hygiene within the salon; Jennifer should look to renting a space that pays attention to hygiene. Gown dirty, not enough fresh towels visible. Looking around at the tools used wasn’t appealing, the salon needs a thorough deep cleanse and the toilet needs to be demolished and replaced…that sink….no water…hand soap or towel… seriously, shame on the owner🤢

I recently visited this salon after seeing their reel, and wow, what an experience! I had my braids done by the salon owner, Mbali, and she truly is a braid expert From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the hospitable receptionist, and the whole team made me feel right at home. The ambiance is relaxing, the service is seamless, and every staff member is skilled, friendly, and professional. It was honestly a 10/10 experience. I left feeling amazing, and I could not recommend this salon, or Mbali, enough. ✨💫

Lovely little salon on the Romans. Great atmosphere, very nice and professional team, amd loads of therapies available. I have seen Gozde twice and I highly recommend her. My eyebrows look perfect and my rather deep perioral wrinkles have finally been filled, giving me a very natural look. Gozde definitely has magic hands!

I wasn’t having the best day & wasn’t the best client on the day but Jan did an amazing job on my balayage! Her attention to detail and the tones she chose were perfect — natural yet vibrant, with a flawless transition. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and my listened to my bad mood - offering great advice on conditioning. I’ve received many compliments already and couldn’t be happier with the result. Jammi is good vibes, works very fast and has a lot of knowledge when it comes to hair/scalp. I got a wash and re-twist and suffer with severe scalp issues (which was handled with care.) Service was immaculate and I would most definitely recommend. 10/10 will be visiting again.

Eva did an amazing job with my hair: the perfect Cut & blow dry, leaving my hair sleek with natural movement. She was super fast too. One can tell she is great at her job / loges what she does. Highly recommend!
