Always up for a wee chat and a laugh and never does any work without confirming with you also Shannon isn’t afraid to give you her opinion if she thinks it could look better. Had my lil boy (2) in today for his first visit to Natty & Co. He was upset to say the least but Shannon was amazing with him. Very calm & patient. Great experience well traumatic for my boy lol but Shannon was fab! My boy will now be visiting regularly & hopefully comes to enjoy his haircut in no time!! Thanks again. Xx
