I had a combination of assisted stretching and Myofascial Release. The Myofascial Release was really involved in a good way including cupping. And the assisted stretching was well done and I was challenged with it, which was also good.

I heard of this place through my PT and thought I would try the cupping massage as it is something I have always thought about doing but didn’t know where to go. The whole experience was great and my back feels so much better. Rohan was an excellent massage therapist, who made sure that I was never in too much discomfort for the cupping therapy as it was my first experience. Local or not to Islington I would highly recommend Dr Stretch if you have any back/muscle problems. They really tailor your appointment to fit your specific needs. I plan to be a repeat customer.

Kate was great. She asked how my skin was doing and I told her that I got some cystic spots on my chin so to avoid the area. Instead she insisted that she can incorporate some cupping into my facial treatment to help with my overall skin. I really appreciated her suggestion & loved the whole treatment! Thank you :)

The facial massage was amazing, and the products felt and smelt lovely. I got some slight bruising from the facial cupping, so next time I'll ask to skip that part!

Lovely and well designed salon, cleaned and welcoming staff. The Federicas greeted me as soon as I came in. I have been offered a cup of coffee and the atmosphere was very relaxing. My deep facial was very well done as all my impurities have been removed by Federica Bruno. She also suggested me a useful kit to keep my skin in a good status (which I have purchased). Thank you ;)

I had my first consultation and cupping therapy session with Expert Physiotherapist Javeria, and I’m truly amazed by the results. She carefully assessed my condition, identified the root cause of my lower back pain, and provided the perfect treatment with incredible skill and care. Her hands honestly felt magical, and after just one session, I felt almost completely pain-free. She also explained a clear treatment plan for future sessions. Steph completely transported me in that massage! Not only was it deeply relaxing on my body but I’ve never felt so calm and clear in my mind during a treatment! I added on cupping and it seriously elevated the experience as Steph could work on other parts of my body while the cups did their thing! Would highly recommend as an add on! Xx

Training for CrossFit competitions left my shoulders and upper back constantly tight. The one hour cupping session made a noticeable difference straight away. My overhead movement felt smoother and less restricted the same week. Recovery between sessions has improved and the soreness doesn’t linger like before. Very effective treatment.

Chronic tightness through my upper back and ribs had been affecting my breathing during training and long workdays. Alex took time to understand how I train and where I felt restricted before my treatment began. The cupping was applied in a controlled way and combined with hands on work rather than used as a standalone technique. Very satisfied with the session.

Sheniz was very attentive and made you feel relaxed straight away. She explained what was in the facial and stressed that if I didn't like it we could try something else. There was a heated bed which was so comfortable and the facial was very relaxing. Had the Gua Sha, but also cupping, something I had never had before. It made my whole body relax. Skin looks fresh and glowing. Afterwards Sheniz made time for any questions. Would def go back here as the service was so good! Products used were lovely and had a relaxing scent.

This was my first time using Relax and I had a Guasha facial with Grace. The whole experience was absolutely AMAZING! I loved everything, the products, the massages, the Guasha, cupping and Grace's magic hands. I've never felt so relaxed and my skin still feels gorgeous.
