She checks in each time about the kinds of products I’m using in my hair, that way if something is missing from my routine, she can recommend a product. She’s never pushy about the products either which to me is a sign that she really cares about the health of my hair and that’s why she recommends them, not just to try and upsell on a service. I will always recommend Natalia to anyone looking for someone reliable and talented to get their hair done!
