I can’t recommend Gracefill Aesthetics enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely safe and cared for. She took the time to really listen and never rushed anything. My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. Meena (owner and main aesthetician of Lana Aesthetic London) is AMAZING! She’s very attentive and gave me all the time I needed to understand what my face required. Her technique is very professional and she did magic to my cheeks, nose, jawline and lips! Love the results and she was so worth coming all the way from Brussels (Belgium) for! Took my two dachshunds in for grooming and had such a lovely experience! The lady who looked after them was so warm, patient, and clearly cared about making them feel comfortable. They came out looking adorable, clean, and happy. It’s not always easy finding someone you trust with your pets, but she really delivered. Thank you for taking such good care of my little ones, we’ll definitely be back!
