I've been coming to Michelle for over two years, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. I recently had my two-week Botox review and a B12 injection, and I'm so happy with the results. Michelle is kind, professional, and always makes me feel completely at ease. We always have a little chat, and she never minds me having a little vent! Great service, felt extremely comfortable and the environment was welcoming, I was offered a number of different drinks and snacks which made the service even more enjoyable. The end result of my hair was just beautiful. 100 would recommend.

After 8 years with Sisterlocks, hormonal changes and regular retightening had left my hair dull and damaged. Nita first took time to understand my journey, goals, and explain the process and pricing with no pressure. At my appointment, she washed, treated, and meticulously groomed every microlock with incredible care and patience. Her knowledge and passion for healthy hair are outstanding. I’m a brand new woman with a more confident smile. I travelled all the way to Birmingham to get my teeth whitening done. From the moment I stepped in I was made to feel so welcome. She had such a radiant smile and a welcoming presence. Whilst getting my teeth whitened she was so caring. She checked on me every 15 mins to make sure I was comfortable and to see if I needed anything. I felt like I was in great hands. The shop looks absolutely amazing and is very easy to locate. It’s amazing to see such a talented woman shine so bright. If I could I would hire her in London. Such great prices.❤️

Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham
