Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

Highly Recommend 12 Trim Street Sophie at Trim Street has been colouring my hair for around a year and I always leave the salon on cloud 9. She is fantastic, always delivers exactly what I ask for with colour and goes above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable and happy at every step of the process. She is a joy to speak to and amazing at what she does! The atmosphere in the salon is always friendly and cozy, and all the staff members make you feel welcome! The best place in Bath to get your hair done in my opinion.

I was recommended Lauren by a friend who's gone to Lauren for years. She is just so lovely and really makes you feel comfortable. She has a very warm and bubbly personality, very attentive and non-judgemental. Made my first waxing experience a lot less painful.

Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I took my two daughters aged 12 and 15 to have their eyebrows waxed and shaped as a half term treat. The girls loved it and Melanie had a wonderful manner with them, making them feel relaxed and listened too. The Cabin is beautifully done a warm calming space. Thank you Melanie, we will definitely be back!
