This is probably the best piercing experience I’ve ever had! Georgia was a unfazed queen from the jump and I immediately felt I could relax and totally trust her judgement and experience; I’m very happy with my additional lobe piercings!! I have some fairly decent ear piercing real estate to use and Georgia is the first piercer to chat to me about the possibilities and potentials…If Georgia reads this, thank you for celebrating my ears, I will be back to adorn them with more jewellery!

Wonderful experience this morning with Tom and Emily, who both pierced my 5 year olds ear lobes. Tom pierced my tragus. The shop is professional and fabulously decorated. Piercing rooms were clean, could see chairs had been cleaned down, and the entire process explained from start to finish. My daughter didn’t flinch, and was completely at ease. Emily was lovely. Tom and my little girl had great rapport 🙂 We are both super happy with our piercings today and would recommend to anyone who asks!

I didn't have an appointment, I just walked in to have a jewellery change on helix piercings. I asked if they could do a conch piercing for me as well. Emily was so gentle and reassuring. They have always been so professional at Empress, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fab experience with Tom! Had my rook and conch pierced and Tom was so lovely and professional. Explained everything clearly, checked I was happy with everything and even accommodated a last minute jewellery change for my healed daith piercing. Highly recommend Tom and Empress Piercing. Very clean tidy looking shop. Best experience i’ve had in a piercing shop so far. Tom who done the piercings was very friendly and respectful, ensured it was clean and cleaned after it was pierced. Would definitely go again. Thank you!

As always, I had a lovely visit to Empress to see Tom today. Just a jewellery change today and am so happy with my new choice of nose ring. Tom is such a wonderful, kind person and I look forward to my visits to see him. Also a shout out to Beth and the new apprentice who were so welcoming when I arrived. I look forward to seeing you all soon for my next piercing.

I love this piercing studio!!! I’ll always go back there and recommend to everyone. Beth is awesome, makes you feel so welcome and calm throughout the appointment, takes time and care for you to choose your jewellery based on your style and anatomy. Lauri also is amazing, goes above and beyond for you, super helpful and kind. Her knowledge of piercing is top tier and you’re guaranteed perfection. I’ve never been pierced by Tom but he seems so so friendly and always smiling ! The studio is very very clean and cool. 5 stars all around

Excellent! My daughter had her belly button pierced and a few months ago, her ears. Both times Georgia was fantastic, explaining everything, very patient, great choice of jewellery. Aftercare advice given and we bought the spray to keep the piercing clean etc.

I went in to Empress Piercing with a clear idea of what I wanted. Georgia was amazing, she was so friendly and calming and picked out the perfect jewellery for my flat and helix. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Georgia!

Brilliant frim start to finish, explained everything she was doing every step of the way explained how to care for the piercing afterwards the only downside to it is I paid for premium jewellery and the diamonds come out already but apart from that she’s brilliant highly recommended and would book with her again I’ve already booked my daughter in for a piercing in the six weeks holidays

Adele was amazing. Booked to have my daith pierced but unfortunately my ear was to small for her to carry out the pericing. She was completely honest and truthful with me! Instead I chose a lovely tragus pericing wich she kindly helped me put in as my tragus hole had slightly closed up due to not having jewellery in it for many years. Highly recommend. All the girls was welcoming on arrival and was made to feel really comfortable and at ease. Will definitely be back!

Georgia was amazing today with my 11 year old daughter having her ears pierced. Extremely professional and knowledgeable took her through the whole process step by step and made sure she was ok at every opportunity. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have a piercing

Tom is fantastic, put me at ease straight away. I had 2 piercings and a jewellery change. It's well worth paying a little extra to get the premium or Dulux jewellery. Very pretty, and I'm very pleased. All the staff I met were lovely and very patient. Can't wait for my next one 😊 Thank you Tom ❤️

Walked in to get the other side of my nose pierced. Tom was super friendly and put me at ease straight away! Tom lined up my new piercing with the other side perfectly. Would definitely come back and again!!

Courtney was amazing from the get go.
