Went back to have the bar shortened in my nose piercing, and ended up choosing a pretty flower crystal stud. The shop is clean and inviting, the staff are really lovely and everything is explained so well. Excellent place to get your piercing done.

My daughter had her nose pierced today. The lady at Flux - T - was absolutely amazing and made my daughter feel at ease the whole way through. Very clean studio, lots of beautiful jewellery studs to choose from and I would highly recommend them. T talked my daughter through the whole process, plus aftercare. Thanks guys .. great experience for us.

I went in with some photos of piercings that I liked and Gemma discussed what she thought would be the best options for my ear and my previous experiences of piercings. I decided to go with an ear flat which looks amazing and was pierced very quickly and professionally.

My eight year old had her ears pierced by Gemma, and it was a fabulous first piercing experience. What I particularly liked was that Gemma spoke directly to my daughter (not just me) regarding consent, the piercing process etc. Her body, her choice. I believe she found it quite empowering. Excellent facilities, beautiful jewellery choices, knowledgeable and friendly staff. We’ll be back 😍 Thank you everyone x

Great as always. Last week I had a conch piercing and my nose jewellery changed. Piercing and equipment had very good hygiene, photos taken of all equipment and serial numbers etc. Staff knowledgeable and caring. I found the nose ring i chose not quite right for me, so Gemma made suggestions over email with pics and I came back today to get it changed. Lovely as always x

We came to flux to have my daughter's ears re pierced after a bad experience in another place. Flux also helped her previously with removing the bad piercings. The lady piercing was so good with my daughter and explained everything to her. Great experience and now I will never go anywhere else!

I originally had my nose pierced at Flux 12 years ago. I haven’t had any jewellery in it for the last 4 years so assumed it was closed. I booked to have it re-pierced yesterday with the wonderful Torreya, who first checked to see if the piercing was still open - to our surprise it was! It just needed to be stretched to the jewellery size. Torreya did this in a few seconds, and the team at Flux were kind enough to only charge me for the jewellery change service. The vibes in the new Flux building are amazing, and the lovely team make you feel right at home. Thanks so much Torreya! 🖤

The team at Flux are amazing! Everything is spit spot clean and they were so kind and informative with my daughter. Every action was explained and such attention to detail. If you are considering an ear piercing for a child, these guys are THE BEST. We experienced the consultation, the piercings and follow-up - we had zero issues, all healed perfectly and cleaned as instructed. Such a lovely team and amazing aftercare. The jewellery is top quality and not going to cause a reaction. We were so impressed and wouldn't go anywhere else - all earring upgrades will be at Flux.

Gemma was brilliant. She was very good with my 10 year old who was nervous. She put her completely at ease and explained everything to her as she was going. I had my nose pierced and I’m so happy with it. The choice of jewellery is brilliant and the whole place is spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this piercing studio.

I had the best experience with Flux Piercing. At the grand old age of 57 I decided to have my nose pierced, something I had always wanted but never got round to doing. I wondered if I would be laughed at for going but the girls could not have been sweeter, the process was quick and easy, they were so helpful in choosing a stud and in explaining how to look after it properly. The hygiene was brilliant, my piercing healed quickly and easily and the follow up appointment quick and painless to get a shorter bar fitted. I can't thank them enough or recommend them more.

I managed to grab a last minute appt to change some jewellery today, after aggravating my Medusa piercing! Since moving location Flux has really come into its own, the atmosphere is relaxed and calming. Gemma was attentive and reassuring with my predicament! My jewellery was changed quickly, I was given options on the size of the labret stud I would like whilst taking into consideration any possible future swelling. It’s great to see how far Flux have come! Thank you ladies 🖤✨

I had my 3rd lobes pierced today by Kelsey. What a great experience, very professional and lovely to chat with. Everything was explained to me and we went through aftercare. Absolutely love the jewellery I’ve chosen and the new studio looks amazing. Can’t wait to be back for some more piercings.

Wow best piercing studio,professional,clean,high quality establishment.Most amazing customer service and care by the lovely Tiani, looked after me so well,gentle and proficient whole procedure.Cant thank her enough,was Christmas eve but she made time fit me in on day 1hr appointment after i had problem of 18 piercings had to be removed or broken out at hospital for an emergency MRI i needed.All the jewellery replaced was top quality and better than i had before.Cant recommend her highly enough,defo the person and place to go for all piercings.Had to give her a hug, got tear in eye so happy.

I have just had my nose and ear rim pierced by Kelsey and I honestly loved my experience. The studio was clean and tidy and everything was sterilised. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, with a great range of jewellery on offer and brilliant aftercare advice and saline solution. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a new piercing. 10/10

There are no words for how happy I am with my beautiful new conch piercing! Gemma was incredibly helpful and patient with me whilst I decided what jewellery I wanted and gave me advice on what would look good in my ear. Having originally gone in for lobe piercings I was told my ears were slightly too small and she was more than happy to help me with which piercing to get instead based on the piercings I currently have. The piercing process was incredibly smooth and Gemma was just so lovely throughout the whole thing. I honestly can’t thank her enough, I am over the moon! 🩷

After recommendations, I messaged Vida and managed to book an appt with her same day for my daughters first ear piercing. Vida was professional, friendly, very informative and absolutely fantastic with my daughter. Piercings look beautiful and Vida made sure she gave us all the aftercare information more than once so we can assist in the healing of the site. Thank you, once again!
