Another wonderful session with the talented Klara. From the moment I arrive and Klara comes out to help me up the steps - never a chore, always with a welcoming smile I - feel special. I had the SAKURA All-in-one ritual and the OxyGeno+/The Super Facial. The ritual has helped me enormously with my fibromyalgia and the facial is pure pampering and Kara’s quiet presence is always very relaxing. I never feel anything is rushed, the time on the website is truly time on the table. It’s absolutely worth it, so treat yourself. You won’t regret it. Klara delivered a dreamy facial massage. There was a variety of relaxing techniques used creating a blissful experience. The environment and sounds were calming and beautiful. Klara's presence is warm and welcoming, she whispered during the massage (when communicating was necessary) which helped maintain immersion throughout. I was offered a green tea and given plenty of time to come back to full awareness afterwards. Can't wait to visit again.

I was so nervous to have my legs and underarms waxed for the first time today but Holly was so professional and put me at ease straight away! I was dreading the underarms most but Holly used a hot wax which made it totally painless! I will definitely be a regular 🥰

My first appointment with Holly was for my holiday nails on 29/04, Holly did an amazing job and created just what I was after, pastel French tips. They lasted over 2 weeks with just natural growth, I returned on 21/05 for infills and Holly created my dream Disney nails, they are absolutely perfect and Holly is so passionate about her work, a real perfectionist! As an added treat to myself I had an eyebrow tint and eyelash lift and tint, I am so impressed with the results, I look like a new woman! Thank you to Holly for making me feel so pampered and doing such an amazing job! Your amazing!

First appointment with Holly and I will definitely be back. I had a brow lamination with tint and lash lift. Holly was gentle, respectful and listened to what I wanted. Can’t believe my lashes and brows look like this, who knew my eyebrows could look this full!
