I had a Japanese Tsuboki facial with Adele and it was a wonderful experience. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment was deeply relaxing and helped release tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. My skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterwards. Adele’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I would highly recommend Adele and will definitely be booking another treatment soon.

I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. I had the aromatherapy full body massage today and it was delightful. A full consultation to establish my needs and then all in on the relaxation and self care. Loved Ground and Awaken at Cove! Such a gorgeous atmosphere — calm, welcoming, and really thoughtfully put together. The perfect mix of relaxing, recharging and breath work. What a literal (cliché alert) 'hidden gem', but needs emphasis. Such a wonderful, beautifully laid out and calming space. Adele was welcoming, clearly very skilled, knowledgeable and very reassuring. She has every right to be proud of the magical environment she has created, Narnia-esq, the transition from outside to in. Thank you, thoroughly recommend.

Chloe is honestly the best. When I first booked in she managed to fit me in even though she was busy and I’ve been going back ever since. She’s so easy to chat to and her space feels comfortable and welcoming straight away. I’ve never felt rushed and always enjoying catching up whilst getting lovely nails. Thanks Chloe 💕
