I did the brightening duo facial involving gentle (not manual) extractions + carbon peel laser + pico laser + mask + red light therapy. Joey was very knowledgeable and gentle, educating me on my skin, giving me product recommendations and advice on how to take better care of my skin. I left with my dark spots slightly lightened, radiance and barely any redness. Zero hard selling unlike other places and nothing but warmth and professionalism from her! Joie is knowledgeable and took the time to assess my skin condition before starting, which made the treatment feel personalised. While there is no extraction, a skin scrubber is used to emulsify sebum and remove black heads with minimal discomfort. What stood out most was the calming environment and attentive approach throughout the facial. Joie explained each step clearly and also shared useful tips on what skincare to use at home for my skin type. There was zero hard selling and it made the experience both a relaxing and informative one. Will definitely be back for more (:
