i don’t have facials as often as i should but i thought id treat myself today, i had one by katie and it was incredible! i love all the other treatments that katie has done for me so i thought i’d try a facial. as always katie was gentle, caring and always asking if things we’re okay. i couldn’t recommend katie enough, she’s always got a smile on her face and always makes sure she does her best for everyone

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I had a very relaxing facial, with great products (The Organic Pharmacy) Plus my eyebrows tinted by Ramune. She's a very knoledgable, professional lady who explained everything she was doing. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. I visited for a skin lesion removal procedure and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the initial consultation, everything was explained clearly, and the procedure was carried out professionally, thoroughly, and without feeling rushed. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire visit. The result exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for experienced and caring professionals. I will definitely return if I need any other treatments in the future.

I’ve been coming to Ramune every month for my facials for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier. After struggling with adult acne and trying countless treatments elsewhere, nothing gave me lasting results. Ramune didn’t just treat my skin—she healed it. Every appointment is something I genuinely look forward to. I always leave feeling happy, confident, and glowing. She has truly gifted healing hands and incredible knowledge, not only in beauty treatments but also in what genuinely works. Thank you for giving me healthy skin and my confidence back. I can’t recommend you enough! ❤️✨

Glamazon was amazing! I had a hot stone massage, facial, and Japanese head spa, and everything was so relaxing. Sadduf was incredibly friendly, gentle, and professional. I’m quite shy and ticklish, but she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease the whole time. The treatments were amazing and I left feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Such a calming atmosphere and great service — I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 🤍

I started working with Brigitte in November 2024, and by July 2025 my full permanent make-up was complete. She removed my old eyebrow tattoo, then created new brows, a Smoky Eyeliner and lip blush tattoo – all beautifully tailored to me. Brigitte is honest, precise and truly professional, always explaining what’s possible. As a nail technician and mum of a five-year-old, this has boosted my confidence and simplified my mornings. I fully recommend her caring, skilled and high-quality work.

agatha was great as usual - i try not to talk when she’s working on my eyebrows because i’m very expressive! but she was always describing what she was doing, gentle, professional. i only come to get my eyebrows done when i’m back in the uk, i’m so happy to be her client! thank you again!
