I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

I’ve been going to Lucy for my eyebrows for a while now and she is honestly amazing. She always gets them just right and makes you feel so comfortable. So happy she’s started her own business, it’s thoroughly deserved! I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for perfect brows.

This is my second time having my gel nails done with Victoria and again she understands exactly what I am looking for and has great suggestions even down to the shape of my nails to best display the nail art design. I also had a full leg wax. Victoria is so efficient in this respect too. So pleased with my visit. Will be returning soon.

I was a bit nervous about having a lash lift and brow lamination as I really wanted it to look natural but oh my goodness did Lucy deliver. I LOVE them!! It was such a peaceful, relaxing experience and I’m so happy with the results. I couldn’t recommend more x

Ive been with Laura for a few years, and love my visists, not only has she given me fabulous nails, and eyebrows over the years we always enjoy a good chin wag! Its great that she has taken a bold step to run her own fabulous sanctuary, today was a lovely visist, and will be easier when I move to see her in her home. Billie is absolutely fantastic. It was my first time getting my brows and lashes done and Billie was so kind, patient and reassuring. She explained to me what she was doing throughout and made me feel so relaxed. I am SO pleased with my brows and lashes, she did a brilliant job and they look amazing! I had a chemical peel along with an eyebrow lamination and tint and I’m honestly so happy with the results.I’m honestly so happy with the results.Everything was explained properly and the whole experience felt super comfortable friendly and professional. My skins looks brighter and smoother,and my brows are perfectly shaped with such a clean, natural finish. You can tell a lot of care goes into the work and the results speak for themselves. I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for great treatments and beautiful results.
