I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

I had a deep cleanse facial with Channelle and the extraction results were good. My pores looked much cleaner afterwards and she was knowledgeable throughout the treatment. However, the salon environment was quite noisy during my visit, with conversations and movement outside the treatment room affecting the relaxing experience. The treatment is 50 minutes, shorter than expected compared to the advertised timing.

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail and beauty salon! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional, and I was made to feel welcome and relaxed throughout my visit. I had a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow treatment, and a massage, and every treatment was carried out to the highest standard. Esme was absolutely amazing!
