I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

I had a lovely massage facial and pedicure with Vicki. The massage was lovely and Vicki made me feel like she understood me and my body. Will definitely return one day. The Rock Rose products were lovely and the whole spa day was brilliant!

Really great. I felt super welcome, the treatment room had a lovely atmosphere and Victoria did a really skillful gel pedi topped off with a lovely foot massage. I really appreciate the care she took removing the previous gel polish too.

I had an amazing experience with Natasha from start to finish. I went for the ‘Vampire Facial’. Throughout I felt cared for. Even though I can be squeamish about having blood taken, I barely even noticed it. The micro needling, although uncomfortable, was very much bearable and didn’t take too long. I was definitely a bit red the next day, so would recommend booking a day off if you have a customer facing role. I wasn’t bothered at all though, in fact it was just evidence of a successful treatment. A few days later, it’s all looking great. Can’t recommend Natasha and this treatment, enough.

Today I tried the glycolic peel followed by a massage. It was lovely. Such a relaxing and calming experience. It was a hour or so of lovely me time. It was so nice and I will do it again next month. Thank you Sarah

Today was the final treatment of the dermabrasion course. I shall really miss the once a week time out with Sarah. The treatment has been amazing as the before and after photos Sarah took showed. The facial and arm and hand massage are just lovely. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would ✨✨✨

Certainly different today as I started the dermabrasion course. Sarah was her usual efficient kind self, checking I was ok and that it was not too much. As I said it was different and my skin feels lovely, really clean and fresh which is abig bonus for this old gal 😁😁

Ive just had my 2nd microneedling treatment done with Sarah. Sarah is amazing, really makes me feel relaxed and gives great advice on the after care for the treatment. I Highly recommend the beauty rooms.

Today I had an excellent full body massage. I’d never had one before and felt a little self conscious but Sarah explained it really well before the treatment, made sure I was OK with everything she was going to do and said I could omit anything I wasn’t comfortable with. This really put me at ease. The massage didn’t feel exposing at all. It was very relaxing but I also felt invigorated and energised afterwards. I had less pain and my mood improved. Sarah was brilliant and checked I was OK throughout the therapy. Thank you for a really amazing experience - I’ll definitely book this again!
