Absolutely AMAZING! I’ve had quite a few massages with Paula and each one is so amazing. Most recently I’ve had two buccal massages to try and help ease jar tension and they have been SO relaxing. I was a little apprehensive about having them as I’ve never had a massage like this but WOW every time I leave floating on a cloud. So relaxing, such a nice vibe and Paula is so lovely and welcoming, makes you feel right at ease!

Absolutely amazing! I'm with Paula at least once a month for the full body massage and decided to try the buccal massage today. What a treat! The difficult part was to stay awake. Deeply relaxing, made me feel so grounded and happy. 100% recommended.

Outstanding. As always. Met me, my body and my energy right where we were and provided me with everything I needed for release, relief and a real sense of coming home. Paula’s skill and expertise are next level, but it’s her intuition and wisdom, utilised moment by moment with such care, that do it for me. She finds things no one else could. New studio is great too, perfect temp and light and vibration. Professional, but you’re at home right away.

I had my first massage with Paula (I hadn’t had a massage at all in about 3yrs) and it was incredible. The atmosphere was so relaxing which was lovely, especially as I’m a naturally anxious person. The massage itself was amazing, the pressure was perfect and at the end, I felt like I could float home! I definitely recommend Paula for any massage treatments, you won’t regret it!!

I’ve realised I’ve not had a proper massage before having this one from Paula. She managed to work into my areas of pain so well that in 30 mins my back and shoulders feel how they used to before the build up of tension. I am definitely coming back for another massage from Paula; very happy with the service and thank you!

I went to Paula in a lot of pain after a week-long migraine, sinus infection and a foot injury and she, as always, took incredible, loving care of me. Such compassionate, professional and expert attention to detail with a great consultation at the beginning where I felt really heard, ensuring all my body's needs were met and I felt held and cared for throughout the treatment. The best pregnancy massage I’ve ever had. Sasha made me feel welcome and at ease, she had a wonderful energy that comes through when massaging. I left feeling so nurtured and relax, will definitely be back.

The massage was great! It was my first time there. I booked a whole body session and Sasha was very nice and friendly. She used some really nice oils and relaxing music in the background and made sure I was always comfortable, tailored the massage to my needs and even showed me some exercises for better posture. I 100% recommend this place and will book again!
