Ms Makaluza was excellent. Her pressure used with the Swedish massage was gentle yet effective. She was very professional, warm and sweet natured. She demonstrated passion for her job. I will definitely visit regularly as I lwas excited to learn that the salon is open on a Sunday as well.

The massage, staff and facilities itself is great. I think what would make it better is if your parking situation is just clearer to new clients. That they can park at BVI (but signs show parking is strictly for BVI). Then when you go up the stairs just some signs on how to navigate to your spa.

What a fantastic and relaxing experience with Veejay. He was prompt and had excellent communication. He took the time to discuss the treatments available and to understand my preferences. The massage itself was wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. It never felt rushed or that the was clock-watching. Overall one of the best massages I have had in Cape Town.
