Robert is one of the only therapists I trust for massage. Highly professional and experienced, as well as extremely friendly and understanding. Plus, he's always got the best music playing during session. Highly recommended for a no-fluff, straight to the problem therapeutic massage for any need.

Truly the best massages I have ever had and here is why- Jamie is genuinely kind and efficient without feeling rushed. It feels as though time slows down, like I have been there for twice the time. I feel completely safe and comfortable. Even the parts of my body where I hold the most tension every day are relaxed when I leave.

Jamie did an amazing job - 60 min massage including cupping and hot towels on lower back to help we relax. Have a shoulder problem and she worked on the area to help reduce pain and swelling. Definitely recommend Coastal Relaxation for distressing, sore muscles or just to get pampered.
