Had my second deep tissue massage from Donna. Have to say her hands are magic! Recently had a full knee replacement so Donna is helping with swelling, inflammation and muscle tightness. If you are injured or even just thinking about going, do it, you will not be disappointed!! She knows her stuff! 🤩

Amazing .. I’m really struggling after a total knee replacement. I spoke to Donna before the treatment and she put me at my ease . She spent ages on targeting my tight hamstrings. The treatment was made easier by the chat ( it too my mind off the pain ) I looking forward to hopefully a good nights sleep . And going forward less pain .. thank you

Sport massage Review I’d highly recommend Donna, she got me in on short notice after waking up with a bad back. Very professional service. I walked in tight and in pain and came out so much looser and able to move more freely. I booked in with Donna at Lionessence Sports Massage specifically to target some severe tightness and discomfort in my right shoulder, and the experience was fantastic. With her nursing background, Donna is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly where the tension was rooted. I walked in with restricted movement and left feeling completely loosened up with a massive release of tension. The SB Fitness Gym has a great setup, and Donna is highly professional. Leah is an absolute angel on earth. I'm so glad I found her for my eyebrows and any beauty work needed. Her work is amazing and makes me feel so much more confident when I've had my eyebrows done.
