I booked deep tissue massage. Carol's hands are magic. I also appreciated that, except before and after the treatment when she 'cleared the air' with Buddhist-type sentiments, there was little speech except to check that the pressure was OK. It was a deeply relaxing hour and I wish there had been time for my ankles and feet! Thank you Carol.

I’ve been visiting this salon regularly, and every experience has been amazing! 💆‍♀️✨ About a month ago, I got my manicure and pedicure, and they were done so beautifully my hands and feet felt so pampered and clean. Two weeks ago, I went back for a haircut, and I absolutely loved the result stylish, soft, and exactly how I wanted it the best part was I was suggest to do a cut that actually suits my hair and I loved it💇‍♀️ Today, I treated myself to a deep conditioning hair spa, and my hair feels incredibly smooth, shiny, and healthy. And also face wax was done with relaxing face massage

Whenever I visit Carole I leave feeling like a happier person. She truly has magic hands. Touching Lives is the perfect retreat. A calm, relaxing sanctuary surrounded by sunflowers.. My sister and I had a treatment followed by a long dip in the hot tub, cloud gazing and having a natter. It really was the perfect afternoon. And post massage I slept better than I have in months. Thank you Carole. We will definitely be back.

The Service was very relaxing because the hairdresser does an excellent Shampoo finished of with a lovely head massage included. My blow dry was finished very well as I have Afro hair most salons say they cannot do my hair. My hair had a nice smooth finished outcome.

I had such a lovely experience with Oksana at High Care Clinic in Richmond. She was incredibly professional, caring and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Oksana really took the time to listen, explain everything properly and made sure I was happy throughout the whole appointment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I left feeling looked after, confident and very happy with the results. Highly recommend Oksana to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive specialist. Thank you again 😊

Nelly is absolutely amazing at what she does — professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely caring. She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in and takes time to explain everything properly without ever making you feel rushed. The clinic itself is beautiful, spotless, and has such a calm luxury feel to it. You can really tell they care about quality and client experience. The results have been incredible, and I’ve already had compliments noticed by others. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a warm personal approach. Thank you again, Nelly!
