I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

1st time going to Lucy, I booked the june offer which was a back,neck and head massage. It was amazing felt very relaxed throughout, she made me feel very comfortable. I also booked a wax on my eyebrows and I love how she has done them. Thank you again I will definitely be booking again.

Snezhana gave me a full body massage along with a face and neck lymphatic drainage treatment, wow, what a difference! Not only do I feel amazing, but I can already see a visible improvement in my face too. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish, and I left feeling completely relaxed. I had the most amazing Swedish massage with Jodie! From start to finish the experience was so relaxing and professional. First time booking with Natural body cafe. On arrival welcomed with a warm proffesional manner. The booking system is very straightforward and hassle free. The rooms were very clean and toilet facilities clean too. What made it a 5 star for me' was being listened too ' regards my needs due to a sore back and tense muscles down on side of my back and and that being the key focus. The massage was to a high standard leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed and helped to reduce ankes and pains. The prices are very competitive with plenty choices . After a terrible 2025nI booked today off. I looked for a last minute appointment, inky yesterday and was lucky enough to get one today. I am always a little apprehensive (no idea why) Jody was great from the moment we meet. I felt instantly at ease. The massage and facial were wonderful. Far exceeded my expectations. I had a deep tissue massage with Chris and it was honestly so good. It felt amazing and really helped ease the tension in my legs, shoulders and upper back. I felt so much more relaxed afterwards. Chris is a really nice guy and super easy to chat to, which made the whole thing feel comfortable and chilled. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a great massage.

Lou is amazing. I've only ever felt relaxed in home style salons and Lou really has a lovely relaxing vibe and a warm atmosphere (not forgetting the warm beauty table!). I searched for a long time after moving to the area and my search is most definitely over. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and I always look forward to my next treatment!
