Had my second deep tissue massage from Donna. Have to say her hands are magic! Recently had a full knee replacement so Donna is helping with swelling, inflammation and muscle tightness. If you are injured or even just thinking about going, do it, you will not be disappointed!! She knows her stuff! 🤩

Had my first ever massage today with Donna for a pulled calf, after being in agony for two days with it, I walked out completely brand new. I booked in with Donna at Lionessence Sports Massage specifically to target some severe tightness and discomfort in my right shoulder, and the experience was fantastic. With her nursing background, Donna is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly where the tension was rooted. I walked in with restricted movement and left feeling completely loosened up with a massive release of tension. The SB Fitness Gym has a great setup, and Donna is highly professional.
