I can’t put into words how grateful I am to Sam. I have just had the most incredible hot stones massage! I can only describe it as otherworldly. I felt so relaxed that I reached a meditative state and I can honestly say I am healing from the inside out and the outside in. The coaching I have had from Sam over the last few months has helped my nervous system to come out of danger mode and I felt the difference throughout my massage today. Absolute perfection! I visited Naz Beauty for an eyebrow threading, tint, and the eye soother treatment, and I am blown away by the results.Naz is a true artist. She shaped my brows perfectly to fit my face, and the threading was incredibly precise and surprisingly painless. The tint color looks so natural and completely filled in my brows. To finish it all off, the eye soother treatment was pure heaven—so refreshing, cooling, and relaxing. I left looking awake and feeling completely pampered. Good physio, good knowledge and very considerate over existing musculoskeletal problems & niggles. Very quick to find solutions and also took time to send some recovery exercises & future prevention techniques via email, after the appointment. Highly recommend Act2Recovery! I was struggling with persistent knee pain and aching legs from sitting for long hours at my office desk. After my sports massage treatment, I noticed a significant reduction in pain and stiffness, and my legs felt much lighter and more mobile. The treatment was professional, targeted, and tailored to my specific issues rather than being a generic massage. I also received helpful advice on managing the problem and preventing it from returning.

Professional. Knowledgeable. Trustworthy. All of this Kim embodies with ease, whilst putting you at ease. Went in needing a lot of work, and came out feeling a lot better - Kim takes all problems in her stride, adapts to any individual problems and does it all whilst making you laugh, helping you through the (much needed) treatment and somehow making you forget all about the fact that she has her elbow digging out the knots in your shoulder! 10/10
