Any treatment with Jane is just amazing. She creates such a relaxing, calm and safe space and the treatments are all incredible. First reflexology session this time at the end of my pregnancy, and it was just what was needed! Cannot recommend enough! X

A truly enlightening, relaxing & beautiful experience for 2. Involving a guided meditation, stretching, deep relaxation/energy healing. The room was set up beautifully, like walking into a place of what dreams are made of, the smells, low lighting & comfy blankets instilled a sense of peace & happiness. We ate cake/drank tea then took it in turns to have amazing treatments or lying in a cosy sauna blanket reading. I had-facial, massage & reflexology - amazing, Jane always knows exactly what you need. Walking out of the room we were floating. Thankyou for one of the best afternoons of my life!

I’m being a case study for Natalia and this is my 2nd one. I have problems with my back, hands and stomach and Natalia is working on all areas. She goes above and beyond and looks into depth about it all to give me great results. She’s got a lovely nature and is extremely welcoming, I love that she knows when I want to chat or when I need that little time to be quiet and enjoy the treatment in silence. 100% recommended and once Natalia is qualified I will most definitely be a regular Thank you xx

Charlie is always polite and welcoming. Puts you instantly at ease. He is good at listening to what issues you have gives a good massage. He then gives additional support and aftercare for you to use between massages.

I was lucky enough to win a competition for a free full body massage & upgraded to include reflexology too. So glad I did! Jo was amazing from the first messages right through to the treatment itself. She made me feel completely at ease and so comfortable, like I’d known her for years. My first treatment with Jo, and it is honestly up there with the best treatments I have had. The reflexology was absolutely amazing. Jo has such a natural way of working with the body, and you can tell her intent and passion for what she does shines through.
