From start to finish I could not have wished for anything else .The room was tranquil and gave the sense of knowing you are going to totally relax and receive the effects you want from your treatment, I had for the first time a reflexology facial and I was totally immersed to its effect from start to finish . It is a wonderful treatment both relaxing and invigorating . I had the best nights sleep I have had in a while and today my face felt very smooth and I felt relaxed .I have booked my next treatment and without doubt recommend this facial and thank you Gayle for an amazing experience

The cool cocoon with Gayle was a beautiful experience! From the moment I arrived I felt cherished. The scrub was almost ritualistic, it felt amazing. The massage was sooooo good, I really needed it! The facial was refreshing and light. The smells of everything Gayle used were fantastic … I’m actually missing the smells today! Gayle is such a beautiful nurturing soul 🥰

I love my ‘me’ time with Gayle… I don’t know where I’d be if Gayle didn’t work her magic on my aging limbs and muscles. Had my first hot stone and bamboo massage with Gayle yesterday and it was honestly the best hour of my life, the best money I’ve spent! Gayle was amazing, from her energy and ability to read my energy, to her fantastic touch. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience, which is obvious from the minute you enter the room. Her manipulation of my muscles and her pressure was perfect, and the technique of doing the massage whilst lying in your side supported everything with comfy cushions was amazing. Karens studio is the ultimate haven and she is a "miracle worker". I felt like a different person after my treatment, it really shifted the heaviness I was feeling in my body and mind and I left feeling like I had a total reset. Coming here is the best type of self care.
