My appointment with Kelly was for a leg and bikini wax. However, I was feeling quite emotional and asked if she could do a back massage instead. Of course, Kelly was really lovely and said of course she could. It was absolutely what I needed and I felt a whole lot better afterwards. I can’t recommend the Hair and Beauty Gallery enough.

I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage with Skin by Madi and couldn’t recommend it more highly. Madi is warm, professional and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the treatment and its benefits. The treatment space is calm and relaxing, making it easy to switch off and unwind. I left feeling lighter, more energised and with a real sense of wellbeing. Madi’s expertise and caring approach make the whole experience exceptional. A fantastic treatment and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.

If you want to feel pampered while getting real results, you must visit Madi! The membership microneedling treatment is pure luxury. My skin is firmer, smoother, and has that 'lit-from-within' glow - I’m in my 3rd treatment! Madi goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. 10/10!

I was only in Warwick for one night for a 60th birthday so I booked in with Kelly for a wash and blow dry before the event. She is such a lovely lady who did a fantastic job on my hair. If I lived in the area, I would be more than happy to have her as my go-to hairdresser :-)

Another amazing treatment by Madi! I had the most incredible lymphatic drainage massage experience, and I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment the treatment began, I felt completely at ease - Madi was professional, knowledgeable, and is clearly very skilled in what she does. The massage itself was deeply relaxing yet effective which left me feeling lighter, refreshed, and noticeably less bloated. I had chosen to have the buccal face treatment for the second time with Madi, after reading lots of information about ways to release tension in the jaw area. I had even spoken to my dentist about it previously as I grind my teeth during the night. It is a truly amazing treatment and Madi puts you at ease straight away and explains the technique at the beginning. It felt so relaxing and I honestly wish I could have this treatment every week! Kelly was fabulous. She made me feel welcome and the atmosphere in the salon was relaxed and very friendly. My manicure and pedicure were excellent. I was very pleased with all. I'll definitely be back for another visit soon.
