I would go every week if I won the lottery. She is a lovely kind lady who understands your needs and listens to how you're feeling adapting the treatment accordingly.

Rachael was absolutely 1st class. I was nervous to have a lymphatic drainage massage after several surgeries and having lymphedema in my arm for many years. I shouldn't have been nervous! I completed the form and Rachael had looked into the surgeries I have had and adapted my treatment accordingly. I trusted her from the moment I walked in, as her persona just puts you at ease. She took the time to talk afterwards and pass on her knowledge with techniques I can use at home. Ive rebooked to go back again & im looking forward to it already. Thank you. Xx

Rachel is an extremely talented and gifted therapist. She’s able to apply different pressures and techniques depending upon your needs and what you are comfortable with. My right knee was extremely painful due to degenerative osteoarthritis “ and a whole lot of gardening. I needed firm manipulation of the joints and fairly firm pressure to get all the limp and facia moving. Went in limping came out after an extended appointment relief and not stiff. This is my choice of medicine instead of prescription pain relief, will be ongoing therapy but it’s better for my gut bio. Thank you Rachel 🙏

Jane is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She makes you leave feeling like you are on top of a cloud. The special touches mean so much, and she looks after your every need. I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life. It really re sets my system going for a treatment at therapy and flow, and it makes me realise I really need it once in a while. Absolutely loved my Swedish and lymphatic massages today 😍 Lauren was so lovely and welcoming, and we got along so well which made the whole experience even more comfortable. I had a full body wax done by Candy, she has a professional room setup and is a lovely lady herself. She took her time and completed such a thorough wax; I haven't been this smooth from a service before. The sugar wax is also so gentle on the skin, will definitely be coming back, thank you Candy!

Very welcoming and had a lovely chat. It was my first time having sugaring or any form of "wax-like" removal of hair. Candy was honest, patient, comforting and understanding. Amazing layout of the room too. I'll definitely will be going back to Sugar me...Highly recommend!
