I throughly enjoyed my lymphatic massage and loved the power plate at the end too, such a great way to end the session. The massage was explained clearly by Megan, and I felt like the time flew by. Absolutely blissful. The first time I’ve had lymphatic massage and it was relaxing, but also felt it was working far beneath the surface as it was so purposeful and practiced with real care and intention. I also had facial massage and red light mask, which was amazing ❤️
