Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

I had the Japanese Head Spa Indulgence with Susan and it was such a relaxing experience. From start to finish, I felt completely at ease, and the treatment was incredibly soothing. Susan was professional, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The scalp massage was amazing and left me feeling refreshed and stress-free. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Rachael is a truly beautiful soul, who puts you at ease immediately. She is incredibly knowledgeable and uses a range of techniques tailored specifically to your body. I absolutely loved my tension-release lymphatic drainage massage. The warm bed was a lovely touch, followed by the hot stones and a thoughtful care package at the end of the treatment to support further detoxification. I even received some Christmas chocolates — such a thoughtful extra touch, that really went the extra mile. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Rachael 🙏🏼💕

Both myself and my 15 year old daughter have massages with Cheryl. She is the best we’ve ever had. Great pressure, brilliant flow and works really hard to ease up on any tension. My daughter has not long got back from her massage and said Cheryl is just amazing and her neck and and back are feeling a lot looser already. Going to book her back in for a birthday treat and myself soon. Thank u Cheryl xx

Excellent service, very clean space. Rakhi is very professional and friendly. Booked me in into very short notice. I had a great full body massage + Indian head massage. I also had some waxing and threading done and I'm very happy with Rakhi's attention to detail. I will definitely be back and will bring friends and family to her. Thank you

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G😇!!! For the last year i have been having remote Reike sesions from spain with this wonderful woman. Never did.i think I wud benifit so much from it,an feel so positive about it. I was that impressed after numerous sessions that while in the UK I decided to book in for a actual physical session. I had problems with my feet and back,so booked in for a full body massage and a bit of reflexology. We'll let me tell u it was the best relief an relaxation I have ever had!. So Cheryl thank you so much I feel like a new woman today🙏 I'll be booking in again in 2 weeks b4 I head home!

Had problems parking and then getting into Skindeep due to roadworks and temporary traffic lights - clearly beyond anyone's control. Walked into an empty reception and called and waited for a good 5 minutes before going back outside and ringing the bell again. Once I was welcomed, the procedure was fully explained before treatment began. I had no previous experience of HIFU so was surprised somewhat by the sensation (sometimes unpleasant) around the jawbone. The second circular head was far more tolerable, as was the third for the area around the mouth. Everything was spotlessly clean and sani

I visited today for a skin tag removal on my head, I would highly recommend skindeep for their services. A Brilliant friendly team made me feel at ease, would definitely revisit if needed in the future.
