I felt I had quite a lot of tension and Sarah really worked into the areas that needed it - my body has been very grateful for releasing some of that tightness! We also had a good chat during the appointment, which made the experience feel really relaxed and personal. Sarah was lovely, friendly and professional, and I’ll definitely be going back.
