Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. Fast forward to now, I have beautiful nails and found another gem in Birmingham! I'll definitely be returning and strongly encourage you to give them a go! Thank you so much and Happy New Year ❤️

My Masseuse was Piyarat. Warm, kind welcome, as she met me in the reception area of the rooms/offices. You reach the therapist's room by a walk through a courtyard, & a lift/stairs, before entering a small room of peaceful calm, with a suitable background soundtrack playing. Normal protocol for disrobing, with a privacy curtain between you & the entrance door. The massage was professional & skilled, with familiar movements, but also new, novel ones for me, particularly the stretching. I felt the benefit of human touch through the gifted hands 👐🏽 of Piyarat & her Traditional Thai Massage.

Nian is an amazing technician and considers nail shape and colour match to complexion. The wedding nails were amazing and I got a lot of compliments. Lasted really well. Definitely recommend the hot wax hand and foot treatment. Always a warm welcome. Salon is well managed and clean. All equipment is sterilised and client’s wellbeing prioritised. Lovely pedi by the fabulous Harpreet too. Highly recommend.

Meri was excellent at giving a face massage and deep tissue massage to my back and shoulders. Every knott was worked out and I felt as though my neck and head had been removed from my body by the time she'd finished I was that relaxed. I'd highly recommend having these treatments, or any of them done by Meri. Very professional and well worth the money.

Honestly the best acrylic nails I have had done in Birmingham. Coming from someone who used to bite down my natural nails Nian has treated them so well that mine are now so long and healthy. It is like going to see a friend and I always come out feeling so relaxed and pampered.

Nian was lovely, so professional, and did a fabulous gel set. Pretty salon, extremely clean and I appreciated the option to have my own kit of supplies. Love this salon and wish I lived closer to visit often, looking forward to my next trip to Birmingham!

Deedar was kind and thorough. She gave a good basic manicure and painted my nails exactly in the colour of my choice. She explained to me the different options available and I look forward to hopefully moving onto BIAB next time. Her hand massage was awesome! I felt much better about my hands afterwards.

I was lucky enough to win a competition for a free full body massage & upgraded to include reflexology too. So glad I did! Jo was amazing from the first messages right through to the treatment itself. She made me feel completely at ease and so comfortable, like I’d known her for years. The massage was wonderful and the reflexology was incredible. Such a lovely, relaxing experience from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and already wanting to book again 💕

Had a lovely relaxing full body massage and Indian head massage. Jo really looked after me and knew what spots to concentrate on. Feel wonderful now. Will definitely book again and add some reflexology next time.
